My suicidal thoughts are back and stronger than ever, and this is causing me a lot of troubling feelings towards my situation. Perhaps I'll end it with a shotgun or a rope. We'll never know!

It might be normal atp like do normal ppl just not have suicidal thoughts everyday i cant even imagine that as I've been wanting to since I was 10

think of something positive of you want to have and/or do on the last day of your life. if you immediately thought of something, then there is something out there waiting for you to find it. you might be sitting on a stump thinking why everything is getting cut down around you. but we hands & feet, a mind, an impact we can leave on others to plant small seeds that can grow into something beautiful

whatever depression, grief, self-hatred you may have. i wont shower you with lies to comfort you. it never gets easier and it may never shrink. but we can grow around it and make it seem miniscule in comparison to what you've built in honour for yourself or a lost one. you got this
