Sorry, bucko, but it's DNA. I knew one bloke who was only able to play 30 mins per day with the PC. He was bespectacled. Then there's this wow rotter that plays 12 hours per day. Despite that, he has a 10/10 eyesight.

blue light glasses does nothing and you cant prove that it works,if you look at bright lights from screens with blue light glasses you can still feel the pressure,sun glasses are better bc they actually dim out the lights
