how do you know he's not using an app phone number? but you can pay a service to investigate the number. but if its an app service, you'll need a judge's signature to subpoena IP log and the last photo taken. most apps today will take a photo of you without your knowledge every few hours using the app or running in the background. google takes a pic every minute from your android phone and keeps your audio recording.
