i gave up bulking and building muscle, i wont ever look good. im just gunna stop lifting until i get sub 10 percent bf then ill gym again.


also my insertions are pretty shitty ngl, my gyno makes it hard for me to take off my shirt in public anyway



i just need to leanmaxx for hollow cheeks


i think im sub 15 percent bf atm, need to lose like 10-12lbs of fat for sub 10 percent bf

You need to remove all of your torso hair. Trimming with machine is easiest and gets pretty close to clean shaven on the body.

This will give you huge mental motivation to cut. It works every time. You should never bulk until you have visible abs (unflexed). Flat stomach + abs is the reflection of good health and a foundation for a hot sexy physique that will melt a foids pussy like candle wax next to fire.

My genetics are also pretty shit for muscle building but decent for vascularity. Steroids work either way luckily for me.

I have a hard time building muscle, but I think it's partially my fault. I don't eat enough, and I have a fast metabolism in general. People say to eat more, but if I did eat enough calories to gain, I would either throw it up or increase in bodyfat.

I think I like the lean look better anyways. I'm content with doing weight training to maintain the lean look, rather than having to gorge myself in order to bloatmaxx and get as big as possible. As long as I'm eating enough to not starve myself but not bloat up at the same time, I'm at a perfect balance.
