I've been trying to find an explanation for my chronic lower back pain

It's most common in older people but can affect younger people too

Next month I have an appointment for my back. I'm hoping they take me seriously and maybe refer me for an x-ray, but NHS doesn't really talk about these stuff online. I will definitely pay for a private x-ray if they dismiss me. I need to get to the bottom of this
