Experience. The only reason you inhibit yourself is because you have learned, through experience or the lack thereof that it is meaningless, as in a waste of energy, or detrimental, as in causing direct harm to pursue things like cold approach women for example

Your brain knows this too intuitively, so if you feel sick, nauseous, or begin to sweat, or if ones nose even begins to bleed in some rare cases, the brain is only protecting itself. Just like you are when you inhibit yourself, but most of the time it isn't conscious

The only way to break through those inhibitors organically, is to, a. consciously realize that it is not meaningless or energy wasting, but the opposite, as it is not only draining you further but actually getting in the way of your pursuits, making it entirely counterintuitive, and b. making decisions and acting upon them under the premise of a., and if it is more serious and you suffer from the symptoms aforementioned, your brain will stop trying to protect itself in such a futile, and counterintuitive manner, and adjust physiologically under this new premise
