Its not the muscle insertion i have that common chest bone deformity called pectus carinatum it is very mild and look worse only from view from side from front it look like a bit asymmetric normal chest should i gymcel ?

It can be fixed very easy by a surgery called nuss procedure and the shit is gigaexpensive for my poor ass and mild ones like mine can be fixed by pectus brace which cost 540$ but need to be terapatient will take 3years
