You don't have bad collagen. So Tret will NOT work.

You have your undereye fat pad that melted or slided down your cheek.

Also, you don't need a facelift. You need to use fillers. And even if facelift, it should be just a mini-facelift, or even SOOF-lift. Way less invasive.

Start with fillers though.

PS. You also have shit forward growth, so large nasolabial folds from there. :feelsrope:

i have a good forward growth and bones, i have no idea where it comes from if it’s not collagen

filler where ? undereye and nasolabial ? wouldn’t it make me look bloated?

How do you have those nasolabials then? You either have bad forward growth, or your jaws are ok, but your midface is recessed. SHow profile.

Undereye, and the apex of the cheek. Maybe some into submalar area. Also paranasal filler will help with nasolabial folds.

Depending on how much filler you get: it might make you bloated. But in YOUR situation, it is better to be bloated, than to have those grooves.

the right pics look normal, are they morphed or what

get your liver and thyroid checked asap.

its not normal to have this saggy skin with good forward growth unless you are extremely drug addict or/and drink less than a liter a day

Can you post your whole face IN PROFILE and 3/4 PROFILE?...

You posted almost all of it anyways, whats the points hiding. The issue is: your forward growth is indeed VERY big. But what about the UPPER maxilla. Your skull looks totally different from e.g. my skull: it is like your teeth are protruded forward a lot. You have mogger lateral cheekbones, but maybe you have paranasal depression and shit orbital rims? That stuff can cause nasolabial folds and stuff you have under eyes.

Also, I cannot assess your cheekbones properly BUT from your profile/3/4profile photos and X-ray, your rims seem recessed AF.

Anyways all the photos you supplied indicate that the definitive treatment for everything you showed is FILLERS. If you go to a good specialist, they will KNOW how to treat everything you have. No matter where it comes from: recessed midface/rims OR shitty fatpads. :chad:

Looks classic weight loss sagging to me

Have you lost weight recently? Doesnt look like classic collagen loss problem to me, looks like melting and atrophy of fat in your face as others mentioned above. Are you in a healthy weight?

If you are on 10 or sub 10% bodyfat you should bulk up to 12-13% range and get to more healthy appearance range. Dont fall for the auchwitz hollow cheeks meme, if you dont have hollow cheeks at 12% bf, its not worth persuing it by digging lower body fat percentages imo, you will destroy your periorbital fat pads and look sick as fuck

Above all you should look healthy, and thats the first beauty indicator that is perceived on ppl.
By the photos you provided, you look wasted, deprived from food and sleep, thats classic shock weight loss appearence. Try to bulk up a bit and eat more healthy, it's not your collagen the problem by your age

I recently lost a lot of weight due to fasting and I have the same problem. My fat pads have melted, even my under eye. I am going to eventually get infra orbital implants but can I fix this issue before getting them. How?
