I have the worst fat pad genetics known to man

There’s quite literally zero supporting fat above or below my eyes, my uee could be worse but I have actually decently long eyes and a decent canthus but it’s over shadowed by Uee that’s there

My under eyes are even worse, it’s like I have a permanent shadow around my whole eyes from the lack of fat, and my orbital vector is super negative

I can’t wait to get fat grafting

I have it worse, buccal fat pads but no under eye support. You can imagine how subhuman my fat distribution is.
