Without styling it's straight and flat:

And when i style it my hair becomes frizzy and dry after styling it for a few days:

And when i try to get wavier and more textured hair with "no shampoo", it just becomes dirty/worse than with just using shampoo because my hair doesn't become any curlier than 1-C type:

And i can't change my hair style either because of this forehead:

I'm hopping on minoxidil soon but i don't have enough stable income yet to get perms and to make sure that they don't damage my hair too much.

Just do anything other than leaving it lay flat and not styling it.

I have no idea how to keep it non frizzy, non flat, and conditioned at the same time while using styling product like glay
