Why going ER if you can still look pretty normal ?

His front didnt really ascend tho his base is just not good to be good looking but atleast he looks human now.
If your already very ugly dont put to much hope into surgery you need a good base to really get alot out of it.

Yes but will you get a really good side from Tri/Bimax: No.

Your orbital vector is pretty negative which gives you that look of your eyes are falling out of the skull if you know what i mean.
