im not entirely sure you could consult an orthopedic for this but will cost cost looks like just muscle problems as well overdeveloped so it makes it weird

basically the maseteer kind of sits lower has more volume relative to the mandible or could be fully skeletal your mandible just developed wrong no way to tell without a ceph
