Damn I gotta compare my side profiles. I have something similar to this, plagiocephaly.

Pretty much my entire neurocranium is sheared, the right side of my neurocranium is slightly more projected, my forehead slightly bosses on the right side while sloped on the left side, and at the occipital the left side has a bun while the right is flat.

Now luckily it's a very mild version of it so I'm not deformed tier but I'm sure it's behind some of my asymmetries. I wonder if it's behind my crooked nose or mismatched gonians like the guy in the photo, my right is slightly flared while left is rounded.

No. Both are in the frankfurt plane. Plus you can clearly see from the frontal shot he has wild asymmetrical recession

my assumption about this asymmetry is that it comes from sleeping more on one side of your face - like 8hrs per day theres pressure on one side of your face, this def has an effect on the bones

The main issue is his terrible eye area. He can sort out the nose and jaw asymmetry somewhat but with those eyes it’s over regardless

LMAO i already do this. every time some catches a glimpse of my left 3/4 i swing my head to the right so they see my side instead, and if someone talks to me i readjust my whole body so they see my front i need rhino and bossing reduction so bad.

Not talking about that angle. I think this could simply be the sagittal plane not being aligned to the camera in the same way. If he was really ~1cm more forward grown on one side, you'd see some of the other half of his forehead, chin, etc. peeking out. That level of difference in front to back ratio would look absurd were that actually the case, but more likely it is simply difference in angle and lens distortion.

You can observe this phenomenon yourself by taking one photo of your side profile with your sagittal plane parallel with the camera, and one with your body/head turned slightly to the left/right. Distance from the camera and where in the frame you are also matter due to pincushion distortion.
