I have this weird feeling i’m going to die soon

I’ve been feeling very bad recently like my mind i guess, i feel like im going to die like this feeling is very weak but i know something is up. I think this is because i started taking erda and erda isn’t like giving me sides but my brain is like tricking me. Maybe i’ve realised what im doing is not the smartest as i’ve been taking a bunch of bullshit - furosemide sevelamer lgd4033 AI enclomiphene and more and know i have a weird feeling but its not strong, maybe it will progress.

haha the more i think about it, the more i some how don’t care. The last 4 years of my life i’ve been thinking about death- not very often js in random spurts, and if you truly think about it, the guy who sits at home beating his meat vs the guy who lives the best life out of everyone has the same outcome which is death. Your gonna die anyways and it’s a weird feeling, something i’ve been feeling more often, a sort of feeling of insignificance, a realisation that there are 8 billion people on earth and we’re just animals or whatever but it’s hard to explain. Sometimes my life doesn’t feel that real and even if i die it’s leaving this place behind- i feel like there’s no significance behind it
