I have to choose between zso or chin wing

this kinda ruined my expectations tbh
will probably go for a chin wing tho but damn its kinda tough to choose

get implants if your problem is that you don't have bones.

zso is practically uselles aesthetically.
The cut and movement of the zso is not conducive of an aesthetic result, given that it moves only the lower portion of the malar complex in the lateral plane only.


chinwing has questionable results. And if youre recessed you leave the dental archs behind, your labiomental fold would deepen, chinwing cut destroying the ramus angularity at gonion, your jaw will look like a non-angular u-shaped block from the front.

but if you are not recessed, then it depends on your aesthetic subjectivity.

well the one reason I was interested in zso was that I thought I could do it for a small price up all in one go but yeah besides that its probably not worth it alone

but chin wing sounds good tbh there are multiple ways to perform the cut and surgeon told me that labiomental fold wont deepen cause that usually happens only to genio/bad chin wing
