I have to cope

Do you ever get scared of life? I am. I look around and I’m out here working at a job I don’t even like, living with my girlfriend in an unfamiliar area. I feel like I’m playing a character or someone is pulling my strings like a puppet or I’m being coerced into doing things. It’s scary to think about so I cope with games or sleeping because when I think about what I’m doing in life it seems so unfamiliar and absurd. Maybe it’s because too much is changing and I am surrounded by things I am not familiar with. It makes me nauseous to think about. Also, fear about death, sickness, the future, how others perceive me, etc.

fear is the constant in my life I guess

New ones more tangible will appear though
