I have to get rid of my junk food addiction if I want to move on with my life

I first joined this forum in July 2021 and posted a few pictures of my face. Members at the time said I should lose fat. This was four years ago. I am battling junk food addiction since then and still have not lost enough fat.

To make it worse, I also became addicted to cocaine and heroin this year. I describe my addictions as a big grey monster. It visits my imagination shortly before I do drugs or eat junk food again.

Hope u can overcome those addictions man that sounds heavy, im struggling with porn addiction rn and I’m trying to get rid of it, hopefully we’ll overcome all those bad habits

Thanks. I didn't add porn to the list, but it has been affecting my life as well. I dream about the things I could be and do if it was not for my addictions. We are young people with potentials destroyed because of instant pleasures. I am searching deep inside me for the power to overcome my addictions. I don't want to give up. Hope you can get rid of it!

Thanks man, finally getting rid of an addiction you’ve been fighting definitely feels amazing, I hope everyone struggling with an addiction on this forum finds the strength to get rid of it
