I have to learn to control my laughter

Before anyone calls me weird this isn’t as uncommon as you might think
Many people laugh in uncomfortable and sad situations

Im so bad at controlling my laughter and i’ve been bad at it since I was a kid as-well
I literally bursted out laughing on numerous occasions watching bodycam footage of cops telling a person their loved ones deceased, and the person bursts out crying
I don’t find it funny at all, quite the opposite
But my brain tells me to laugh as it’s a serious situation where laughing isnt appropriate
