I have to watch a YouTube video to fall asleep

Whenever I go to bed I have to watch a YouTube video Joe bartolotzi los pollos, kurqasaght or whatever it’s called I feel like my thoughts get all messed up and I feel really sad about myself like I’m not really the guy I want to be

Has anyone experienced this and if they have gotten over it what did they do one time I went camping with my buddy and I didn’t need a YouTube vid
