my parents don't even know about the things OPs mentioned they don't believe that islam tells to kill non believers and taking sex slav and stuff, none of us were taught or raised in this way,

now me personally when I grew up and saw these things online, I grappled with it myself and questioned a little bit. And to this day I have some questions about islam, but honestly Idk if its brainwashing or whatever but I'm genuinely scared of hell and the fact that I could die at any moment so I can't leave. also praying gives me peace and pushes me through the dark moments in life.
