I have tried sauna for 2 months this is what I have learned

For around 2 months I have been in the sauna at least 30 minutes a day 5 days a week.

Other than health benefits it has really good benefits for looksmaxxing. My skin has gotten clearer due to all the acne drying from the steam (maybe also from sweating out so much of the bad fluids from the diet), less water retention in the face.

The only negative effect it has is that it makes you really tired afterwards, so I suggest to do it at night (I did it after my workout at night). I have not been trying to loose weight for this period of time, so I dont know if I have lost any weight.

The benefits Ive had:
Less bloated face
Clearer skin
Reduces stress
Better immune function support
Better sleep


The negatives I experienced:
Makes you really tired afterwards

But then you have to workout at night, impossible to fall asleep after
