just buy preworkout with minimum 250mg of caffeine with zinc and magnesium supplemented in it (for example the ones from biotech USA) and take them every day especially if you work out

Just buy caffeine pills. 100 pills for 4$ and each of them got 200mg. So 1 and 1/3 of a monster.

i don't know, i don't really care about flavors myself. i just take a scoop in my mouth and down it with water.

except that I'm a retard and usually take 4 scoops or more which i don't recommend.
