I have very bad infras, is there a reason to get infra implants over fat grafts?

fat graft is usually better but alot of them need retouch after some years

just go to a good doctor and make sure u have a contract like it last forever and if not they retouch it for free

Fat graphing is cheaper but not cheap and could possibly go away over time or migrate but migration is not that likely

Implants are more successful the only downside is that if your skull is still growing then I wouldn’t if it’s already set then it’s perfect
