I have very young features despite not being a late bloomer

Late bloomers usually are phenotypically neotenous since the later you hit puberty the younger/less masculine your features look. Of course there are exceptions like ogre late bloomers but this is in general. I was a normal bloomer yet i have young looking/non masculine features. Lots of white late bloomers think i was a late bloomer too when that isnt the case at all
