I have widened my mouth

One of my failos is and kinda was my mouth.

I have widened it, but not to the ideal 1.6 to nose ratio yet, but it is getting there day by day


- Every night:
- 3x10-15s using my fingers to hold my mouth as wide apart as possible
(It hurts like hell if you're wondering, but I listen to music and try to focus on other things while doing it)

btw they get super chapped bc its cold rn and also the lips get stretched a lot, so I put petroleum jelly on my lips after and sleep with it on

- I haven't measured exactly how much I've expanded it, but it is visibly wider and makes me look a tad bit better. I'm fixing my ratios and asymmetries one by one

- I made a thread like a few weeks ago for my ascension plan, and I will make a new thread once I complete everything I have planned


- btw, I just ran out of my coloring supplements (astaxanthin, lycopene, beta carotene), and I don't think I will continue them. I naturally have a somewhat darker tone and it also cost me $30 for a month, ROI was pretty terrible

on the bright side, my pregabalin, baclofen, and propranolol comes in soon

potentially, but that is a lot more work and expensive, vs this way is easy to do and takes 5 minutes

pretty sure a lefort 1 would be needed to actually push the lips out and forward with more lower maxillary projection, or a lateral commissuroplasty would work too which is where they cut your mouth wider

No. The orb oris muscles wouldn't expand, they're very stubborn. Widening your mouth/lips is extremely difficult in general, you'd have to wear a custom mouthpiece that applies lots of pressure for hours every day, maybe you could widen it a little, but you'd develop naso folds very quickly.

Most of this is for you to read OP. Your mouth won't stay wide with what you're currently doing.

How do you make sure you do it in a way where your mouth cornors stay positivly tilted? So they don't totally loose laxity and become neutral/negative?

when my face is completely rested, I look like shit

when the corners of my mouth are slightly contracted up (not to the point where I look like im smiling or autist), it helps my ogee curve and gives me an upturned mouth and makes me look 1000x better. I do it throughout the entire day. I also pair this with slightly contracting my mentalis to make my lower lip look bigger and make my chin have a tad bit more projection

I did it before I started mouth widening too

I found it works temporarily. like for 1-2 days and then it starts to look narrow again

so maybe do it every other day

it makes my lips super chapped bc it stretches them so much so I put aquafor on them at night, and in the morning they're plump asf
I might do Accutane bc it supposedly gives bigger lips and I need that

Someone years ago back when I was active on this forum (like 2020) suggested the dental tools they use at the dentist but my suspicion is the wrinkles will be crazy

I haven’t done it for too long and haven’t seen any wrinkles. My mouth isn’t a ton wider, just a little bit but enough to ascend me
