How do I even fix this with bimax?

Downward grown flat maxilla, everything is recessed

Close to death tier gonial angle and yet somehow my occlusal plane is flat so I can barely get any CCW

Why do I even try, it's so over. I don't know if there is any surgeon that can fix me.

You are not a bimax candidate.

The body of your jaw is just oriented downwards slightly.

It's not actually that bad.

You can fix it with forward movement only with a sliding genioplasty.

Jaw implants also would completely fix that but I would not recommend it because you have a short ramus and extending the ramus down the length you need (quite a lot) is going to give you a soft tissue deformity called masseter dishenance from a large implant there.

Just get a forward movement genio.

Because you aren't a bimax candidate.

You're midface actually is fine and moving only the lower half of your face forward and leaving the rest (bimax) is going to leave you looking like a gorilla.

You need literally lefort 3. It's about having your entire face forward grown but having the proper ratios. Coping with a flat face by moving the lower half of your face forward 10mm and leaving the rest is literally a recipe for gorillamaxxing.

Your occlusional plane and teeth aren't actually facing that much downwards. It's just a short ramus, downward grown mandible, and chin that faces down.

Linear advancement will indeed gorillamaxx me, what other user suggested to me is very small maxilla movement with CCW to flat occlusal plane + some more CCW to close open bite + genio. That alone will give me some movement and fix my functionality (bite, lip incompetence and airway) and then I can cope with implants for midface projection

Well if I extract premolars for more movement and find good surgeon who gives me max CCW then I think I can aim for around 15mm lower jaw advancement with genio, obviously I won’t have chad jaw but it’s good enough to cure my subhumanity

I am not big fan of implants and heard they are good if you want to ascend from normie to chad jaw, I think with my jaw, shit bite and lip incompetence implants will look unnatural and uncanny
