This eating disorder is killing me I'm scared I'll pass out soon or smt but I don't think so
I'm having small snacks every few hours, it's just everytime I eat something I feel like I'm gonna puke it out immediately or that it's toxic and I'm going to get stomach poisoning, I've had ts for years
genuinely embarrassing tbh, I managed to control it a little but I never can't get over it completely idk what to do I feel helpless fr, it's like wired in my brain "you eat that shit your going to get extremely I'll" even if that food is safe
