I haven't been in a relationship in 3 years. What went wrong? (ADVICE)

CONTEXT:

Throughout middle school and high school, I didn’t have any issue jumping between multiple relationships, totaling 7. This stopped at late 16. And I started flirting with girls online instead. One lasted a year, but it wasn't a relationship; we'd just get drunk and jerk off together, and the other was just some girl I would flirt with, and I don't count these. Stopped doing this at 18.

Currently:

Recently, I got pretty high body fat on steroids; however, I’ve lost the majority of it, and my female co-worker asked me if I got any girls. I told her no, and she followed up by saying, “How come you’re pretty?” I always get this comment about being pretty-looking due to my low dimo, so I don’t even mind it, but I don’t get any ioi’s that would lead to a relationship or a slay. The last IOI was maybe 2 months ago, when this girl asked for my number at work, but I think it’s more of a friend thing rather than an IOI; she was quitting, so she asked for it. I still talk to her, but I don’t know whether to flirt.

I might be receiving more IOIs than I think because one of my female co-workers helped me throughout my whole shift, even though we weren’t supposed to be on the same floor, and we got separated at one point and still came up to my floor to find me, so I don’t know if this is an IOI or not. I don't think it is; I'm just being delusional, I think. We aren’t a looksmatch either; she mogs me to death. Everyone tells her to model or that she looks like a fairy, genuinely a htb.

So what’s the issue? Am I just too friendly? Low confidence? Too much time on this forum, jfl. Let me know

LOL might have to start doing the YAD stops, but that girl at work is worth losing my job over. I would flirt a lot at my old job when I was 18. I would choke and slap girls, but I knew no relationship or slay would come from it, so I don't even know, and I never directly asked to hang out or date. It usually happened naturally.

LOLLLL Also, I just got an IOI. I went to the gym, was walking home, and these foids approached me, saying my home girl wants your number. I ignored them, though, because they're like those Hot Cheeto girls.
