And im tired as fuck after workout IS this normal?

Take active recovery days. Hot and cold water therapy, static and dynamic stretches, foam rolling, nature walks, lots of food and rest (no caffeine)

Meditation is one of the best, but it takes practice

Gym is cope. Just eat meat, eggs, and butter. Your body will naturally be strong.
