But I still weigh as much as when I did regular and prolonged fasts, which is like 70 kg. That means that when I do start to fast again I'll easily get incredibly lean and reach the ideal waist measurement that I always wanted. I mean because I'm so close and my body has already adapted it should be fairly straightforwardly just to maintain it once I decide to turn the engine on.
