It's been 3 days since I've eaten anything. Living off of water, black coffee and a ruthless, burning obsession to carve the fat out of my own body.

It's been around 85 hours, should I end it? or keep going? There's a part of my brain that says to keep going to test myself and push myself and a part that says I should eat. and yeah you're right Ill end the fast with a steak or grilled chicken

95 hours is pretty decent. I wouldnt push the limits because you could crash put. Its a good idea to eat protein and fat so your bpdy will get adapted to ketosis, so you can push ever further in the future

why not just lose weight and bf heathily? are you that afraid of cardio? you can get shredded and still eat. if anything, this is just gonna make you crash and fuck up growth if that was ever on the table. there's a visible difference between a shredded low bf physique and a skeleton. you're not going to look like tyler durden, you're going to look like the machinist.

im doing cardio lol, i do 5-10km walks at 15% incline. just use salt and water to replenish electrolytes. and yeah, there is a difference between a shredded low bf physique and a skeleton. I lift weights too.
