i haven’t gone to the gym in over a month

i’ve been sick and many of you might know why, and i haven’t gone because i feel like i need to monitor every symptom and every random pain,

i didn’t wanna get it mixed up with muscle pain so i just haven’t gone. plus my mind isn’t really in a good spot due to whatever is going on with my body so i wouldn’t be able to focus on the workout anyway

can’t wait to get the results, hopefully it’s nothing fatal

i think i’m doing a colonoscopy on the 6th of jan so, pretty soon
