nah im just doing walking but i did like 3hours 2 days ago because i overate
it might be just something temporary , i honestly dont know what im doing wrong

what is considered good cardio? Is stair climber or inclined walking good for cardio? And if yes will it increase leg and glute muscle mass(I have overtrained legs and would like to avoid them)

Cardio needs to be adjusted so you can do it at a speaking pace (be able to talk and understand someone else) anything faster you trick your body into survival mode, where it becomes stressed, catabolic and high alert mode to survive the outcome which blunts T.

how tf do you lower it cause i got like 25 ng/ml when i tested it and retardGPT says to not worry because it could be high due to stress or some bullshit but still i have most symptomps related to it
