I havent grown a single cm in 2 months [ventish]

I don't feel as if I'm in a position to complain as I'm 6'1 but its not good.
Majority of 15-18yo's in my county are 5'11-6'2 so only taller than a few people, mainly old people and obviously the few shorter people.

I'm hoping that it's just a pause in my growth since I was expecting to be much taller since I have size 12-13uk feet and quite a late puberty with my mum being 5'10 and my dad just about 6'2.

I'm 17 so I'm quite worried about not growing much more so I'mma have to hope and pray.

All I have been doing recently is focusing on nutrients needed for androgen production such as Boron and zinc which I spoke about in a previous thread

Since you’re 6’1 just focus on facial aesthetics, you’re tall enough to find love in your country and even then you’re above average in majority of the west

5’8 is pretty bad if you’re not growing anymore save up for surgeries and get to at least HTN and it you fraud a bit you should be good to get something

I grew almost like a couple of inches in my 20s, not over necessarily. Went from 6 feet to 6 foot 2 sort of. Also 6 foot 1 is not a bad height, don't worry about it. Extra height is always nice but you're already past extremely heavy diminishing points of return! Focus more on what you can change like hair, skin, physique etc.

Also I got small feet (42-43 eur size) but still extremely ultra mega hung and "tall". (I never really feel tall next to zoomers though )
