I havent grown for 25 days on erda

Ive been on erda for 74 days now and my first 1.5 months where like a dream, i grew 5cm 179-184 decompressed but now i havent grown a single cm in almost a month and its pretty demoralizing. nontheless i promised myself that i would continue for atleast 3 months after i stopped growing.

Linear growth ≠ constant height velocity. growth plates don’t produce height at a perfectly constant daily rate. The process depends on chondrocytes cycling through proliferation and it's kinda unlikely growth plates r impacted at ALL w physical labor.
