Im 5'4 at 14 and im turning 15 in 3 months, BUT I haven't grown in a year which is super weird. from age 11-13 i only grew 9 cm. which is 3 cm per year. I do exercises, enough vitamins, and i eat a lot of chicken and pork. my tanner stage is 4 or late 3. my armpit hair appeared at the age 14 and 3 months, I just wanna be 5'8+++ that's enough for me, please help me w this, gang. 💔💔🙏🏼🙏🏼

go to Xray and check your growth plates or just do bloodtest

Want the actual answer? Nobody knows lol. The body just kinda does whatever it wants while you're developing. At 14 it's unlikely you stopped growing, but we can't discard that actually happened.

If you truly want an answer you can speak with your parents and go and get an X-ray of your growth plates, if they're open, then you will still grow, if they're closed, then you're cooked ngl.

But as I said, there's a 97% likelihood that they're still not closed, and you just need to wait until your body catches up and says "Damn, we're short" and you have a growth spurt. The best you can naturally your sleep, exercise and nutrition.

Sleep 9 hours, lift, do calisthenics and some light cardio, and if you can track your micronutrients and caloric intake, it's often not enough to assume you're "getting enough vitamins", if you're serious about this you should track them with Cronometer and make sure you're getting your full RDA every day, furthermore, being in a slight calorie surplus (+125-250 calories) will help you maximize your growth as well. Alternatively, which is what most people on this site would tell you instantly, start injecting potentially dangerous substances like HGH, or go the slightly less effective route of Mk-677.

But really, your best option right now is to let time and nature take it's course, you will probably grow gang.

Yes, i will take it. I've been discussing abt taking hgh w my parents, and they both agree. But they said it must be under a doctor prescription

I dont think fasting would work tho, that would make u not enough nutrition

I dont think fasting would work tho, that would make u not enough nutrition
fasting is not caloric deficit it is for example you wake up at 8AM and eat your breakfast at 1PM humans were not designed to eat and eat breakfast has it's meaning BREAK/FAST
