Wdym u were supposed to be 6'2. Ur genes cant be predicted, it could be recessive genes re emerging from generations ago. There are anorexic people who grow to be 6'4, people saying about diet are coping, otherwise people from the bronze age who were all eating proper food would have been considerably taller than people in the 21st century... Therefore either u except what u have been give (an above average height) or take enough hgh to cause more growth (4 - 8ius) hoping that your growth plates havent closed. In the process also growing ur organs and causing a ton of health issues in the not so distant future.

bronze age peasents were NOT eating proper food diet is important like zinc or whatnot, but if you're living in a first world country you probably intake close to the needed amount to grow. unless you spike all your macros and hormones to force your body to grow diet is gonna change probably just 5-9cm for most people.

me too, join the club, i have been 5’11 since age 15, 5’11 barefoot is an amazing height tho, makes you 1-2 inches taller then the average man barefoot, you can fraud 6’0 or even 6’1
