i haven’t had a growth spurt for a while

i haven’t looked too much into this so i might sound like a retard but
i’m 13yo and almost 14, i’ve had one small growth spurt this year when i usually have 2-3 significant growths in a year. in jan i started at ~175 and currently im ~178. an inch is a fair lot but its not much compared to usual. it might be early puberty, i have had small armpit hair and pubes for over 10 months but not that early because i have no sign of facial hair. lmk if im just an iqcel or if this a real problem
