i havent interacted with my irl friends since august

they are not even the typical 2 faced normies but actual good friends, but i dont feel the need to talk to them, or anyone actually

my days in the past 2-3 months were basically me planning my diet, making and looking up meals/foods, watching videos and TV shows, meet random girls from online and gymcel everyday

Then you're just a extroverted person, who just needs more contact with people. But remember, you need likeminded friends to not feel bored among them. I got in to larger friend group in HS, but never really liked their company, so I felt crushed trying to hang out with them. I was afraid to let go, afraid to be alone, but I just said fuck it. They were boring. Once I stopped hanging out with them, I felt so good. Just occasionally hanged out with 2 other guys who were more like my style.
Nowadays I hang out with pals like once a week.
