I haven’t trained legs in nearly 2 years

Absolutely brutal.

They’re probably my most responsive areas so I can quickly grow them but training them depletes my energy for the whole day.

Don’t have to do much, I think 5-10 min workout is enough for legs if You have good leg genetics and if You do it right

Squats are usually the best exercise for legs but they fry your CNS.

I do 3 sets of squats (20 repetitions each) without dumbbels

3 sets of calf raises using your own body weight (60 seconds each)

That’s it. Don’t need more, unless you are trying to become a bodybuilder.

Don’t you do anything for hamstrings ? Like an RDL for example ?

I don’t do anything else. Only that. I don’t take workout seriously enough to care about those things, didn’t even exercise in like a year, but I know from experience that you don’t need to train legs as much as other muscles to grow, so there‘s no need to be lazy because you don’t have to do 30-60 min Jay Cutler workout

Also I think with legs is that you don’t even need much muscle. It’s more about being lean enough to see your quad separation.

Very big legs can be off putting
