We literally grow up surviving on milk. I remember in british schools they even mandated primary school children to drink milk in poorer areas cuz they would not get milk at home or proper nutrition.

You can just not eat and drink milk and eat dairy all day and u will not only become a giant if u do this since birth, u will be super healthy. The only issue is teeth development and jaw development, thats why niggas in south sudan are fucking tall as fuck but have crooked teeth, cuz they dont have to chew, they just drink milk.

I have 0 jaw issues and have straight teeth and shit but lacked bone mass so I just quit on eating anything else i just drink dairy. It has ur carbs, ur fat, ur protein, , it tastes good, u can have sweet versions of it like whipped cream, thats high in fat and will help u develop, why the fuck wont u consume it all day? If ur a retarded 15 yr old on here try it for like a month or two and be a test subject.
