I hear the voices from my spirit every single day

I see my future self staring at me at 3:08 am every morning but recently I hear whispers in my head about my future and how I will look etc.

The voices never leave, the hallucinations keep coming and it’s scaring the fuck out of me.

I sleep with a knife with me now
