There is a large difference in natural strength in everyone. I’m naturally quite strong. Could bench about 90 kg first time in the gym. Squat and deadlift 100 + properly. Couldn’t rep it much. but some people just are stronger.
Could close a captain of crush #2 without any training too.

Don’t put the guy down. He’s making progress.

Bench press with a bar is a meme tbh

I noticed more gains with dumbells and cables for chest

i prefer dumbells tbh less life-threatening but bench is funner

lat pull downs are also my fav

I probably couldn't even do 1 plate on flat as of now, let alone incline which is nearly twice as hard

I remember once a mate took me to the gym. I weighed about 90 kg and had 15 kg hanging around my waist. Could do maybe 4 reps. He was amazed since I didn’t lift.
Was ruined after tho

But some people are just built stronger.

Yeah bench with bar can feel good but the gains are shit, dumbells are better because more variation and muscle activation
lat pull downs are also my fav
I was talking about cable crossover, nothing beats that for chest imo

im super happy with myself i can see the growth and progressive overload is fun it feels like leveling up in gta or something I was never athletic or played sports but I feel I could actually do average in a fight now which is a great confidence booster

2 plates is my next goal

Strength builds very quick. It’s mostly mediated by the nervous system. Mass is more tricky to build

You wouldn't do shit you soft little bitch. If you tried anything like that in my presence I would twist every joint in your body in such a sickening manner you would be puking profusely while screaming in agony.

Sorry you took offense to this. I didn't know your stats were the same as OP's.

I could ohp you with one hand you little rat faggot
Bruh I occupy the squat rack while you squeak in the corner like a cutesy gym rat
Muscle rat

Yeah squatting two 10lbs bumper plates. What are your lifts?
I've deadlifted 190kg. Not saying that's anything spectacular or anything. I think misc forum is better if you want to discuss gymcelling indepth with other like-minded people. That's just not something I'm into. But since you put me on the spot, here's a counter question: how many pullups can you do?

probably depends on how much muscle one built up when growing up

The amount of muscle is not particularly relevant when it comes to this weight.
It’s our nervous system and the following electrochemiatry that stops our muscles from contracting fully.

If our nervous system didn’t set a stop we could bite so hard our teeth would break and jaws obliterated. Basically fuck up our skull

But I agree. Not necessarily the amount but what how we used our bodies grow up that our nervous system adapted to

Lmfao 4 plate dead bro ur strong. I did 12 pullups at a bodyweight of 250lbs, probably more now cause I lost weight. What is your bench press and ohp. Idgaf about easy lifts like deads and squats that every fat guy and lowerbody dominant womanmode cuck is good at.

Thanks! 12 pullups at that bw is really good. I do over 20 (28 pr I think), but I weight like 75kg and I'm currently cutting. Bench press pr is 115kg (for 2 reps I think), but tbh I haven't benched or even stepped foot inside a gym for some time now as I do all of my workouts outdoors or in the living room these days. I like to do pre-exhausts with db flyes and then go straight into pushups to get a good pump. Ohp I would usually rep with like 60-70kg; don't think I ever went for an all-out 1rp tho'.

Gymlife is a great hobby/sport and I'm very glad that I spent all those years building up my body and psyche, because now that I've mastered it at a decently high lvl it's so much easier to just maintain that and know what to eat to feel my best etc.
