also deadlifting's a meme deadlifting your bodyweight or 20kg more then your BW is enough and should do those for at least 8 reps

Deload or take a week off from deads. Maybe u are taxing ur cns too much with volume during your dl sessions.

are you maxing out frequently?

I up the weight until I only do 1 rep mostly135kg and do 110kg 2x3 and thats my dl cause I barely have time

Increase volume, more sets more reps. That's not enough

Not true at all, it's one of the best lifts. And most people ik could easily do 8 reps of BW when they first started lifting. You should hit at least 2.5x bodyweight or around there

Deadlifting can make you shorter

I can’t seem to do reps, my form gets more shit the more I do reps, the first and second rep is great but the from there my back gets rounded,
I got 100kg dl when I first started (75kg)

Lower the weight and focus on form and get used to it. Do sets of around 5 reps, doing heavy 2 rep sets is not a good idea

Dont listen to the guys above, keep deadlifting and squat its good for ur frame , if u cang deadlift 4 x be and swuat 3x bw, theres now way ure not jack and have a huge frame

very anecdotal but from my experience the largest swings in strength are due to diet changes. On the other hand this definitely goes against the studies that say that carboloading has no effect on weight lifting. I would just make sure you are eating at least maintenance calories before looking at anything else.

this is your problem. you're like blowing out you CNS by 1RM too frequently. i'll admit that might be bro science, but what else could explain 20kg drop in strength, unless you're cutting or are only getting 4 hours of sleep.

you should back off and build back up with sets of 5. you don't have to go to failure on deadlifts
