Put a needle make half of it enter your skin half of it if you see blood coming out remove the needle and redo the same thing in another spot (or use a new one if your a bitch and can’t handle pain)
I would really advise the shoulders ig personnaly works for me

I ise 1Cc insulin needles maybe that’s why
