I've had arthritis-like symptoms for a while now so I've started taking calcium supps. 500mg a day in 1 sitting. Idk, they don't agree with me even tho my bones and joints NEED them especially given I take 4000IU vit D every day, and calc and vit D are directly antagonistic.
