i honestly dont know what to do with my looks and im tired of it(please help me and be brutally honest)

im almost 16 and ive done a few things to try and improve my looks and they helped, but im looking for more. I want somewhat drastic changes and im willing to do anything excepts peptides and harsh skincare. i am hoping to break a "plateau" with my looks
