People who die in their sleep, usually don't actually die without realizing what was happening, dying sends a surge of adrenaline and other neurochemicals through your body that wake you, make you shake and fight for your life...
When others discover them dead in their bed the next day, they're like "Awww, at least they died peacefully in their sleep", but in reality the last few minutes can be very terrifying...
