Infrazygos for sure
But a lot of cases similar to mine (downgrown ccw), while they usually look better, seem slightly handicapped by paranasals.

Maybe the infrazygos are usually enough though. Havent seen enoigh bimax+infrazygo before afters

Hope for surgery to get you 90% of the result you want and deal the final 10% with fillers IMO. Implant revisions are too expensive to fuck about unless you’re full-on botched. That final 10% should be so little volume that there’s no worry of long term bloating issues.
