Now I'm a 22 percent bodyfat loser. I was 23 percent but I'm losing slowly but surely. I estimate 5- 6 months minimum.


I've also got barely any muscle on me and I have a skinny, small build so having this weight on me kills my appearance so hard.

I've had compliments from girls facially when I was around 17 percent bodyfat and all that and did get approaches. But there is no face for being 23 percent bodyfat and skinny fat with no muscle.

If Sean o pry has this kind of body he would not be modelling nor would probably not be considered that attractive. It's absolutely a looks killer to be like this. 100 percent.


I've got the good bone structure, wide jaw, blue eyes, red full lips and brown hair, but this is an absolute looks killer even with all that.

I'm also 6'1 but I'd happily trade a few inches of my height to be a lean, toned pretty boy. As I reasonate with the pretty boy look most I cannot afford to be an overweight, small boned, little to no muscle looking cuck. It honestly is the looks killer or all looks killers.
